• Cancel or change a plan: iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Morning AI. In the app: Settings › Subscription › Manage subscription. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Restore a purchase on a new iPhone: sign in with the same Apple ID, then Settings › Account › Restore purchases.
• Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Free trial: offered to eligible first-time subscribers in regions where Apple offers it. Cancel at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want to continue.

• Export: Settings › Account › Export my data. You get an e-mail with a download link to a JSON file; the link works for 7 days.
• Delete your account: Settings › Account › Delete account, then type DELETE. Your account and its server-side data are deleted at once. Recordings that live only on your iPhone are removed when you delete the app.
• Day Record: you can forget the last 10 minutes from the Lock Screen, any range on the day's ridge, or all of today's recording.
• Details on what is stored where and for how long: privacy policy.

Before you record people, tell them and get their consent where the law requires it — for example § 201 StGB in Germany, Art. 133 TCK in Türkiye, and all-party-consent rules in many other places. The app shows a consent screen, the microphone indicator and a Live Activity while it records; in phone calls only your own side is written. You remain responsible for complying with the law where you are. More in the terms.

On iOS 26 and later alarms ring through Apple's AlarmKit, like the Clock app, even in silent mode or a Focus. On earlier iOS versions allow notifications and Time Sensitive notifications for Morning AI and keep the volume up. If an alarm did not ring, write to us with the time and your iOS version.
