Morning AI

Morning AI · for iPhone

Wake up to your day, already told.

An alarm you can rely on, then a short spoken briefing made for you — weather, calendar, commute, the emails that matter, the news you follow. During the day it keeps your meetings; in the evening it closes the day; at night it stays quiet.

One day with Morning AI

From the first light to the last

Morning AI is one quiet companion across the day, not a set of apps. Each part of the day has its own band — and the app shows only what that hour needs.

  1. ·Dawn · the alarm

    An alarm you can trust

On iOS 26 Morning AI rings through Apple's AlarmKit — like the Clock app, even in silent mode or Focus. If you don't answer, it rings again, and again. When you're up, your briefing is already waiting.

    • Follow-up alarms for 30 minutes if you don't respond
    • Optional wake-up tasks: listen to your briefing, shake, walk, math, a kitchen QR code
    • 20+ melodic alarm tones informed by sleep research
    • A plain morning record: “N mornings in a row” and a wake score — nothing to lose

  2. ·Morning · the briefing

A briefing written for you, read to you

A few minutes of spoken morning, in the order that fits your day. Read along as the words are spoken, jump between sections, or ask the assistant a follow-up.

    • Weather, calendar, when to leave and trains, the emails that matter, news from the sources you pick
    • Prayer times if you want them, birthdays, and on Plus: finance, sport, horoscope, Apple Health
    • 30 host voices · plays in CarPlay, with a Live Activity and widgets

  3. ·Day · meetings

Record the meeting, keep what was decided

Tap record and put the phone down. The audio stays on your iPhone and is transcribed there. Afterwards you get a summary, the decisions and the action items.

    • Quiet or distant voices are kept, not dropped
    • Closed Room: on iOS 26 with a supported iPhone the analysis runs on the phone, and the meeting never reaches our servers
    • Pro: speaker names, actions to Reminders or Calendar, yesterday's meeting in tomorrow's briefing
Illustration of the app screen: Record the meeting, keep what was decided
  4. ·Evening · closing the day

Close the day in a few minutes

In the evening Morning AI tells you what the day held: the meetings you recorded, what is still open, and what tomorrow starts with. Move what's left to tomorrow with one tap.

    • An evening audio report of your day
    • Open tasks from meetings and your reminders, side by side
    • Every day is kept in your Day book, with a quiet month overview

  5. ·Night · the sleep band

A quiet night, and an honest morning

The night band dims everything down: sleep sounds, bedtime stories, and your alarm for tomorrow. If you want, it listens for snoring and coughing — on the phone only.

    • Sleep sounds, and sleep stories on Plus
    • Night sounds are detected on the device; no audio leaves it
    • Weekly sleep analysis on Pro · for wellbeing, not a medical device

What stays on your phone, and what doesn't

We'd rather be precise than impressive. Some things never leave your iPhone. Your briefing, however, is written on our servers from what you choose to connect.

Stays on your iPhone

  • Meeting audio — recorded and transcribed on the device
  • With Closed Room (iOS 26, supported iPhones): the whole meeting analysis
  • Night sound detection (snoring, coughing) and your sleep score
  • Voice recognition of known speakers — off by default, never uploaded

Goes to our servers, and why

  • What your briefing is made of: calendar, read-only email, your location while the app is open
  • Meeting transcripts and summaries (not audio), unless you use Closed Room
  • Account data is stored in Frankfurt, Germany; briefing audio is deleted after 7 days

The free plan shows ads. Paid plans don't. Your location and health data are never used for advertising.

Questions

Which iPhones does Morning AI run on?

iPhone with iOS 17 or later. On iOS 26 the alarm uses Apple's AlarmKit, and Closed Room (on-device meeting analysis) needs iOS 26 on a supported iPhone. There is no Android version at the moment.

Will the alarm ring if my phone is on silent?

On iOS 26, yes: Morning AI rings through AlarmKit, the same system Apple's Clock app uses, and keeps ringing again for 30 minutes if you don't respond.

Which languages are supported?

English, German and Turkish — for the app and for your briefing.

Where does my data go?

Meeting audio, night sounds and voice recognition stay on your iPhone. Your briefing is written on our servers from what you connect, such as your calendar and a read-only mailbox. The privacy policy lists every service we use.

Can I record meetings with other people?

Yes, but you are responsible for telling other participants where the law requires it. Recording starts only when you tap record, and quiet voices are kept rather than dropped.

Is the sleep analysis medical advice?

No. Sleep scores and insights are for general wellbeing and are not a medical device. Please talk to a doctor about sleep concerns.

How do I cancel a subscription?

In your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. It stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Tomorrow morning can start differently.
