By using Morning AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Service Description
Morning AI is a personalized morning briefing application that delivers AI-generated audio content including news, weather, calendar events, and more. The service includes:
- AI-powered audio briefings with 30+ voice options in 10 languages
- Smart alarm with 5 wake-up missions (shake, math, walk, breathing, photo)
- Sleep sounds, guided relaxation sessions, and sleep tracking
- Apple CarPlay and Siri integration for hands-free listening
- AI assistant, social features, and achievement system
3. Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Share content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
- Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
- Use the service to spam or harass others
5. Content
Morning AI generates content using AI based on publicly available news sources and your personal data (with permission). We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. News summaries are for informational purposes only.
6. Intellectual Property
The Morning AI app, logo, and branding are our property. AI-generated briefings are provided for your personal use. You may share briefing clips via the app's sharing features.
7. Morning Locket & Social Features
Photos shared via Morning Locket are visible only to your approved friends. You are responsible for the content you share. We may remove content that violates these terms.
8. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Morning AI offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
- Lite — US$4.99 / month or US$39.99 / year. Includes daily personal briefing, 3 podcast voices, weather + news + calendar segments.
- Plus — US$12.99 / month or US$99.99 / year. Everything in Lite plus all 12+ podcast voices, astrology, finance, sports, and horoscope coaching.
- Pro — US$29.99 / month or US$299.99 / year. Everything in Plus plus pre-generated morning briefings, Family Sharing for up to 6 people, and priority support.
A 7-day free trial is available for first-time subscribers. Prices shown are in USD; actual prices in your local currency are displayed inside the app at purchase time and may vary based on App Store region.
Auto-renewal: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you originally paid. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription by opening Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Morning AI → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple directly via reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple's App Store policies.
Free trial: Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.
Founding Member: A limited-quantity Founding Member offer discounts the first year of Pro Yearly to US$199.99. After the first year, the subscription renews at the regular Pro Yearly price of US$299.99/year. This offer is only available to first-time subscribers while supplies last.

9. Health & Sleep Disclaimer
Morning AI's sleep features (Sleep Score, sleep insights, snoring detection, guided sessions) are for general wellness purposes only. They are not medical devices, do not provide medical diagnoses, and should not replace professional medical advice. If you have concerns about your sleep health, consult a qualified healthcare provider.
10. Limitation of Liability
Morning AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed alarms, inaccurate content, sleep tracking inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Do not rely solely on Morning AI for critical wake-up needs or medical decisions.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
